Guided Visualization: Walking In The Country

This guided visualization relaxation is an effective way to relax the mind and body by picturing a relaxing scene. This script guides you to imagine relaxing and breathing while taking a walking journey through the countryside. The countryside is one of the most popular visualization scripts available and will therefore, be sure to create a calming effect on your whole body. Thus, reducing any anxiety or stress that may plague you. In addition, focus on being present and lend your ear to us while we walk you through the countryside and enrich you relaxation experience and touch on your senses. Listen with your head phones for maximum benefit.

The guided visualization provided here will allow you to learn to quickly and easily relax at home. Visualization is therefore an effective process by which you relax by picturing a relaxing scene, place, or image.

Important Note:

Please use all relaxation audio and videos carefully. Do not watch or listen to relaxation materials while you need to be fully awake and alert (ie. when driving or operating machinery). This can be dangerous. Please use relaxation sessions only when safe to do so.
